  • Upon successful completion of all units of competency for this qualification, the student will be awarded SIT30821 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

Students are required to:
  • Have sound language and literacy skills
  • Have basic computer skills
  • Obtain a Unique Student Identifier (USI)
  • Provide a valid ID with his/her picture and signature
  • Undertake a Language, Literacy and Numeracy Evaluation

There is a mandatory work placement requirement of 144 hours. Signature Training College has signed agreements in place with providers in the community sector.

Education pathways after completing SIT30816 - Certificate III in Commercial Cookery may include:
  • SIT40516 Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
  • SIT40616 Certificate IV in Catering Operations
  • SIT40716 - Certificate IV in Patisserie
If you are a new enrolling student, undertaking Nationally recognized training, you will need a USI number to receive your Qualification/Statement of Attainment. If you do not have a USI you will not be able to receive a qualification. To create a USI account, go to the website: www.usi.gov.au

Fee-for-Service Programs:
Students enrolled in fee-for-service courses can make payments in agreed amounts over a set period. Please note, we do not accept single payments exceeding $1500. Payment options will be discussed based on your individual circumstances.
