Student Centre

STC’s Student Centre is here to assist you with any questions you may have during your studies. We are your first point of contact for all student lifecycle information, including timetabling, enrolment, study, etc.
Depending on what type of support you need, you can contact us online, attend a webinar, or speak to a Student Support advisor on the phone.
If you need in-person support, we will make an appointment for you with one of our Student Support advisors.
Our aim is to respond to all inquiries in a friendly, accurate and timely manner. If we cannot resolve your issue, we will refer you to the right department or person within the college.
We can provide information about all aspects of the student lifecycle, which include:
  • Enrolling in a new course
  • Exams and assessments
  • Timetabling and enrolment of units
  • Advice on prior study credit and RPL

Students will be visited onsite by their Signature Training College trainer/assessor during their training sessions. The Signature Training College trainer/assessor will attend the training sessions onsite, where they will give an overview of the course materials and discuss them in depth. To ensure that theoretical work and practical skills are meeting the National Standards, we train your trainee holistically and make sure that they fully understand each unit of competency within their qualification.

Most trainees and employers choose us as their training partner because of our friendly nature, the quality of our programs, and one-on-one support. The support can be given through various channels as suitable and agreed by the trainee and our team.

Signature Training College offers Credit Transfer and/or assistance to work towards a qualification via Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) with your trainees who have gained competency in a current unit of their qualification or who have at least 5 years of experience working in the sector.
