Receive your Letter of Offer (LOO)
Once your application has been received, the Admissions Team will assess it against the course entry requirements and, where applicable, student visa requirements.
If additional information or supporting documentation is required, this will be outlined as a condition in your Letter of Offer. You will need to provide satisfactory evidence to meet all conditions before your enrolment can proceed and a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) can be issued.

Documents that may be requested include:
  • Academic transcripts and certificates
  • Evidence of English language proficiency
  • Passport identification page
  • Genuine Student (GS) supporting documents (where applicable)
  • Other documents required to assess eligibility for the course or student visa requirements
Once all conditions have been met, Signature Training will advise you of the next steps in the enrolment process.
Pay Your Fees
To accept your offer, you must pay the required prepaid fees as outlined in your Letter of Offer (LOO).
An electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) will only be issued after:
  • You have accepted the Letter of Offer;
  • All conditions of the offer (if applicable) have been met; and
  • The required prepaid fees have been received by Signature Training.
The eCoE is required for eligible international students to proceed with their student visa application.
Apply for Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
All international students applying for a Student Visa (subclass 500) must maintain Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the duration of their stay in Australia.
You may arrange your OSHC directly with an approved OSHC provider, or you can authorise Signature Training or your education agent to arrange it on your behalf.
OSHC must be obtained before lodging your student visa application. Evidence of OSHC will be required as part of the visa application process.
Once your OSHC has been arranged, you will receive a policy confirmation that can be used to support your student visa application.
Receive your electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE).
You will receive your electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) once all enrolment requirements have been met, including:
  • Acceptance of the Letter of Offer (LOO);
  • Payment of the required prepaid fees;
  • Submission of all required supporting documents; and
  • Satisfaction of any conditions outlined in the Letter of Offer.
The eCoE is an official document confirming your enrolment with Signature Training and is required when applying for an Australian Student Visa (subclass 500). Once issued, the eCoE will be sent to you electronically.
