About Us

We specialise in training that is delivered in the workplace, and combine this with centralised classroom-based learning in our modern training facilities with visits to the workplace or communicating over the phone or emails to monitor the progress of students. Our trainers then undertake assessment in the work environment after the students have finished the work placement. The workplace provides a context for learning and assessment. The student can base their learning on real workplace situations and arrangements. At Signature Training, we believe this is the ultimate training arrangements as it provides a blend of controlled learning with workplace experience and assessment.

Our primary objective at STC is to deliver high quality training that is current and relevant. We provide nationally accredited qualifications with various fees and funding options to cater to the needs of our diverse student base.

How does the Employment-Based Training at Signature Training College work?

Students will be visited onsite by their Signature Training College trainer/assessor during their training sessions. The trainer/assessor will present and discuss the course materials in depth. The Signature Training College trainer/assessor will attend the training sessions onsite, where they will give an overview of the course materials and discuss them in depth. To ensure that theoretical work and practical skills are meeting the National Standards, we train your trainee holistically and make sure that they fully understand each unit of competency within their qualification.

How much does an employment-based training cost?

Nothing!

How would be the support provided to our trainees in between the trainer visits?

Most trainees and employers choose us as their training partner because of our friendly nature, the quality of our programs, and one-on-one support. The support can be given through various channels as suitable and agreed by the trainee and our team.

Is Signature Training College capable of recognizing and transferring previous learning credits?

Signature Training College offers Credit Transfer and/or assistance to work towards a qualification via Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) with your trainees who have gained competency in a current unit of their qualification or who have at least 5 years of experience working in the sector.
