This is the ideal qualification to enhance the role of cleaners responsible for undertaking a range of routine and non-routine tasks according to work schedules, liaising with clients and in some cases members of the public, and operating in a range of general residential and commercial settings as well as specialist cleaning environments. The training will equip the students with the skills for selecting, preparing and using appropriate cleaning methods for a range of cleaning situations while ensuring safe work practices.

Upon successful completion of all units of competency for this qualification, the student will be awarded the CPP30316 Certificate III In Cleaning Operations.
Individuals completing the qualification may lead to career opportunities in commercial cleaning or as a room attendant.

Entry Requirements

Students are required to:

Have sound language and literacy skills
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance Certificate;
Ability to work and communicate respectfully with background from different national backgrounds;
Obtain a Unique Student Identifier (USI)
Provide a valid ID with his/her picture and signature
Undertake a Language, Literacy and Numeracy Evaluation
