Jumpstart your career in the fast-paced retail environment with Signature Training College. This qualification will provide you a pathway to work in a diverse range of retail settings including specialty retailers, supermarkets, department stores, and quick-service restaurants. Learn a range of job skills essential for working in a service environment including communication, as well as identifying and responding to security risks.

  • Upon successful completion of all units of competency for this qualification, the student will be awarded SIR30216 Certificate III in Retail.

  • This qualification will provide you a pathway to work in a diverse range of retail settings including specialty retailers, supermarkets, department stores, and quick-service restaurants

Accreditation

Signature Training College is registered with and accredited by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and is authorised to deliver Nationally Recognized Training within the Australian Qualifications Framework.
Students are required to:
  • Have sound language and literacy skills
  • Have basic computer skills
  • Obtain a Unique Student Identifier (USI)
  • Provide a valid ID with his/her picture and signature
  • Undertake a Language, Literacy and Numeracy Evaluation

This qualification requires work placement to give you real-life, on-the-job experience and the opportunity to practice what you learn. The students must complete at least 80 hours of work placement within a retail environment to complete this component of the course.

• SIR30212 Certificate III in Retail Operations
• SIR30312 Certificate III in Retail Supervision
• SIR30412 Certificate III in Business-to-Business Sales.
If you are a new enrolling student, undertaking Nationally recognized training, you will need a USI number to receive your Qualification/Statement of Attainment. If you do not have a USI you will not be able to receive a qualification. To create a USI account, go to the website: www.usi.gov.au
