This is the ideal qualification to enhance the role of cleaners responsible for undertaking a range of routine and non-routine tasks according to work schedules, liaising with clients and in some cases members of the public, and operating in a range of general residential and commercial settings as well as specialist cleaning environments. The training will equip the students with the skills for selecting, preparing and using appropriate cleaning methods for a range of cleaning situations while ensuring safe work practices.

  • Upon successful completion of all units of competency for this qualification, the student will be awarded the CPP30321 Certificate III In Cleaning Operations.
  • Individuals completing the qualification may lead to career opportunities in commercial cleaning or as a room attendant.

 

Important Note: Completion of this course is not guaranteed and is subject to students successfully meeting all training, assessment, attendance, work placement (where applicable), and course requirements. Students who do not complete all requirements may be eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) for successfully completed units of competency. Employment, licensing, registration, or specific career outcomes are not guaranteed upon course completion.

Students are required to:
  • Have sound language and literacy skills
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance Certificate; 
  • Ability to work and communicate respectfully with background from different national backgrounds; 
  • Obtain a Unique Student Identifier (USI)
  • Provide a valid ID with picture and signature
  • Undertake a Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) Skills Test

  • Other relevant Certificate IV qualifications.
If you are a new enrolling student, undertaking Nationally recognized training, you will need a USI number to receive your Qualification/Statement of Attainment. If you do not have a USI you will not be able to receive a qualification. To create a USI account, go to the website: www.usi.gov.au
