The CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care is the qualification required for those wanting to advance their career and studies in early childhood, and take on higher levels of responsibility and leadership in an early childhood service. This course will develop the skills to provide care to children, with an emphasis on play-based learning and assist children achieve developmental outcomes. This is the ideal qualification for those wishing to lead an education and care program for children before they enter formal schooling. A Diploma further enables you to implement, and manage education and care programs, and supervise staff and volunteers. Students will also gain entry level management knowledge and skills that let you oversee the early childhood education and care service.
