The Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care will ensure you are a professional childhood educator who carries out tasks in compliance with the requirements of the Education and Care Services National regulations and the National Quality Standard.

Qualifications Descriptions

Through the CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is a prerequisite introductory course that will introduce you to working in the field of early childhood and provide education and care to children in a range of services.

The course will give you the necessary skills to be able to help plan and deliver educational programs that focus on supporting children's wellbeing, learning and development. It is the minimum qualification to gain employment in ACECQA approved early childhood services and often the qualification studied for those wanting to begin their career in early childhood education.

Entry Requirements

All students are expected to comply with the eligibility requirements:

A good ability to read, write and speak English
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance Certificate and Work with Children Check;
Ability to work and communicate respectfully with background from different national backgrounds;

Course Duration

Student is provided upto 12 months to complete the course. Ongoing support is provided to all students to ensure they complete the course within a timely manner

How to enrol

Contact Signature Training for an appointment to understand the course and the eligibility criteria for enrollment. All prospective students are required to attend a

face-to-face consultation with our team for enrollment. This is to confirm the following:

if students are eligible for the course
if students are eligible for any recognition of prior learning (RPL)
when you can start
arrange a time to have your LLN assessed and to make arrangements to enrol
Existing workers are encouraged to apply for RPL.

Important Note
