Learning & Study Tips

Read your learner guide thoroughly. It’s your go-to resource for understanding your course and completing assessments.
Try:
  • Reading articles related to your subject
  • Watching YouTube videos or following social media pages about your course
  • Practicing research skills online
Many students struggle with computer skills at first. Don’t worry! Support is available to help you learn how to navigate systems and tools.

Assessments & Certificates

Missing workbook deadlines and relying too much on Google instead of using the learner guide. Set reminders and refer to your guide, it’s the easiest place to find answers.
Trainers offer one-on-one sessions with examples to help you understand the topic better. Don’t hesitate to ask for help!
Certificates are processed after all academic requirements are met. During busy times, there may be a short delay, but we’ll keep you updated.
